Replacements

You can replace an item through Your Orders if your replacement meets certain criteria.

If you received an item that is:

  • Damaged/ Defective
  • Wrong item or missing an item or part of it.

You can replace your item if it meets the following criteria:

  • Shipped to a delivery address within United Arab Emirates
  • Not an Add-On item
  • Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).

 

Note:

Abarcy Global items  can't be replaced, but may be returned.

In most cases, you are required to return the original item received for a Replacement. You'll need to return the original item within the stated return window to avoid being charged for both the original and replaced items.
